This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the HealthWise AI service (the "Service"), operated by HealthWise AI.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refunds, chargebacks, billing questions, invoices, and the collection and remittance of sales tax and VAT on our behalf.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the contact form on our site and we will forward your request to Paddle. Please include your order number or the email address used for the purchase.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Paddle customer portal (paddle.net). After cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not renew.

Refunds for renewal charges outside of the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
